Personal Lines Account Manager

Locations:  North Bay, ON; South River, ON; Sutton and/or Keswick, ON

Ontario Insurance Network is currently recruiting a personal lines insurance broker for multiple locations, as noted above.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to incoming calls and servicing client needs
• Help customers with billing related questions as well as policy changes
• Offer insurance advice to clients, process changes, and enter changes into BMS and company portals
• Give claims advise to clients, report claims and follow up on claims
• Provide quotes to new clients and cross sell existing accounts.
• The candidate MUST be RIBO licensed with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Locations: Lindsay, ON

Ontario Insurance Network is currently recruiting a commercial lines insurance broker for multiple locations, as noted above.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate the needs of prospective clients to make recommendations on coverages
• Help customers with billing related questions as well as policy changes
• Offer insurance advice to clients, process changes, and enter changes into BMS and company portals
• Give claims advise to clients, report claims and follow up on claims
• Provide quotes to new clients and cross sell existing accounts.
• The candidate MUST be RIBO licensed with a minimum of 3 years experience
